About Andy Lau

My name is Andy Lau. I am Founder, Chairman & CEO of AskVenture.com.

I have substantial work experience with international law firms in which I specialize in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPO) and capital markets.

Throughout my practice, I have represented investment banks, private equity and venture capital funds and startup and growth companies at all stages of development. Most of these companies are involved in the industries of technology, medical, pharmaceutical, real estate, retail and media.

I also have experience in offshore and onshore transactions in connection with foreign direct investments in China and sino-foreign joint ventures. I am currently based in Hong Kong.
